The Company publicly informs the details of
its privacy policy and standard users agreement when you join membership and,
if you click the join button, you will be deemed to consent to the collection
of personal information.

The Company collects

issuance for the service of the Company and its partner sites
- Carrying out of
the service (matters of delivery of mails such as gifts and reservation)

However, the Company
does not collect any sensitive information which may infringe on basic human
right of the users. The Company may collect additional information voluntarily
provided by the users for providing more abundant services to the extent
that those services are within the scope of such purposed as describe above.

Company collects the following personal information for membership,
consultation and service application:

number, home address, mobile phone number, email, service use record, access

board, online consultation and online reservation)
Collection
of Personal Information through Cookie
The
Company uses ‘cookie’ which
saves and identifies users’ information frequently. Cookie is a tiny text file
which the website transmits to your computer browser (Netscape and Internet
Explorer). If you access to the website, the web server of the Company will
read the details of cookie, identify your additional information in your
computer and provide services without additional entry of ID for access. Cookie
identifies your computer but does not identify you as an individual.
In
addition, you have an option to set cookie. Thus, by setting an option in web
browser, you may: allow all the cookie; have cookie send a notice whenever a
cookie is installed; or reject all cookies.

The
Company uses your personal information within the scope informed in the Section
of < Purpose of Collection and Use of Personal Information> and does not
use it beyond that scope or provide it to others or other companies/entities.
However, for providing better services, the Company may provide its partners
with or share your information with them. However, if the Company provides or
shares the personal information, it will give a prior notice to you.
[Access/Correction of Personal Information]
You
may access or correct at any time your registered personal information. In
order to make that access or correction, you may either directly click the <Change
Member Information> button or contact the person responsible for managing personal
information by email so that such person will take measures. Upon your request
for a correction in any error in your personal information, the Company does
not use such personal information until such correction is completed.
[Withdrawal of Consent to Collection, Use and Provision of Personal
Information]
You
may withdraw at any time your consent to collection, use and provision of
personal information given while joining membership. If you contact the website
or the person responsible for managing personal information by email for making
that withdrawal of your consent, the Company will immediately take necessary
measures including deletion of personal information.
[Period of Retention and Use of Personal Information]
If
the purpose of collection or provision of the personal information is achieved
as follows, your personal information will be destroyed:

Any personal information given for joining membership will be destroyed when
you withdraw your membership or you are expunged from the membership.

Any personal information given for a reservation will be destroyed when the
handling and treatment under that reservation are completed.
Notwithstanding
above-mentioned retention period and if necessary to continue to retain any
personal information, the Company will obtain consent from you.
[Technical Measures for the Protection of Personal Information]
In
handling your personal information, the Company takes the following technical
measures to ensure that your personal information will not be lost, stolen,
leaked, altered or damaged. Your personal information is protected by your
password, and any important data is protected through separate security
functions, including the encryption and lock function of file and transmittance
data. The Company adopts an authentication and security devices so that the
personal information in the network will be safely transmitted by using cipher
algorithms in terms of member authentication and carry out confirmation process
which will be handled by an assistant in the cases where that those devices are
not implemented due to the systemic circumstances.
In
order to prevent any leakage of your personal information due to hacking, the
Company uses a device which blocks any outside intrusion and is monitoring that
invasion around the clock by installing an intrusion detection system in each
server.
[Feedback Collection and Grievance Process]
The
Company has a customer service desk where you may raise your opinion and
complaints in terms of the protection of personal information. When any person
having a complaint about personal information may suggest his or her opinion to
the person from the Company responsible for managing the personal information,
the Company will immediately take measures and inform the result of such
measures upon receipt of that opinion.
[Protection Policy of Children under 14]
The Company does not
share with a 3rd party any personal information of children under 14
without consent of their parents along with the policy not allowing children
under 14 to join membership nor sell or lease the information of users.

The Company designates a
person responsible for gathering opinions on the personal information and
carrying out policy for handling grievance. If you have any complaint about
